If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, such provision shall be modified and interpreted to fulfill the objectives of the original provision to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Kredoventrix's failure to exercise any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
